To determine your size, grab a cap that fits you well and lay it on a flat surface.
Measure around the inside of the cap at its smallest and its largest adjustable setting.

Place the measuring tape across the widest part of the brim from one side to the other. This measurement determines the width of the brim and ensures it provides adequate shade.

Measure from the base of the cap (where it sits on the head) vertically to the topmost point of the cap. This measurement ensures the cap has enough height to fit comfortably on the head without being too tight or too loose.

Measure from the base of the visor (where it attaches to the cap) to the edge of the visor. This measurement ensures the visor is long enough to provide sufficient shade and coverage.

Sizes can vary because they are measured by hand.
