We love to move. We also know when to stop.
Where we come from
It started with a simple question
How do you live life at full speed without burning out? It happens to a lot of us: we train, work, travel, answer messages at all hours, and at some point the body asks for a break.
Remanence came out of that conversation. We believe moving is good for the mind, that rest is part of training, and that your clothes should keep up with all of it without you having to think about them.
So we make clothes that work at the gym, at the office and on the plane. And we make plans to move together.
The name
Why Remanence? It comes from “remnant”: what stays with you. After a run, a good conversation or a long day, something always stays. That's the feeling we want the brand to leave you with.

Founders
Juan Luis and Ana
Juan Luis is driven by one idea: that wellbeing should reach more people and not stay a talking point. Training, sleeping well, eating with care, making time for the people he loves. Remanence is his way of sharing that with the world.
With Ana, he turned it into something concrete: clothes for every day and a community that gets together to move.

Remanence is born
The first pieces, designed in Medellín to train, work and travel in the same clothes.
- 2025
On the road
Pop-up stores in Bogotá, Pereira and other cities. In every one, we went out running with the people there.
- 2025
The community takes shape
What started as a plan to run together became a community: races, classes and football matches.

The women's line arrives
Our first collection designed from scratch for her.

We're from Medellín
This is where we design everything. Having the mountains so close changes how you think about clothes: they have to work for a trail in the morning and a meeting in the afternoon.
