d) The use of the portal Remanence.com is exclusively for customers of Remanence. Therefore, each customer will be assigned a username and password provided by our team.

f) To provide the Services or Goods, we collect and have collected over the past 12 months personal information about you from a variety of sources, as set out below. In addition to the specific uses set out below, we may use information we collect about you to communicate with you, provide the Services, comply with any applicable legal obligations, enforce any applicable terms of service, and to protect or defend the Services, our rights, and the rights of our users or others.

3.1. Username and password: if you wish, you can create a username and password to access the Remanence.com portal.

3.2. Updating information: If you wish to modify the information in your profile, you must notify the Remanence team by email, expressing the changes you wish to make.

3.3. Stock update and new references: Remanence will be responsible for daily updating the stock of products and enter the corresponding information of new references in the portal.

3.4. Purposes of data processing: Remanence will use your personal information, including, to fulfill the following purposes:

a) To develop its corporate purpose and commercial and promotional activities.

b) Manage billing and comply with tax obligations.

c) Perform data analysis and study their behavior on the site, through analytical processes of navigation.

d) Improve your experience on the website.

e) Attend and resolve your requests, complaints, claims and/or suggestions.

In addition, Remanence is committed to respect your privacy and take measures to ensure the security of your data, in compliance with the provisions of Articles 9 and 12 of Law 1581 of 2012, Articles 1,2,3,5 of Law 2300 of 2023, and other relevant articles and regulations.

Please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee “perfect security.” In addition, any information you send to us may not be secure while in transit.
